Privacy Policy - Titanlabs AI

1. Scope

This policy covers TitanLabs for Android and iOS and mobile.titanlabs.vn. TitanLabs provides market data, charts, news, Quick Scan and AI Council research for adults aged 18 or older.

2. Data processed

Email, account ID, display name and avatar when provided through sign-in.
Watchlists, chart settings, focus questions, AI requests and reports, AI Credits balances and transactions, and Pro benefits.
Purchase history: product IDs, transaction IDs and subscription status for verification and restoration. TitanLabs does not receive your card or bank details from app stores.
Optional notifications: Expo push token, platform, device registration ID, app version and notification preferences.
Server request, error and technical logs for security, operations and troubleshooting.

The app does not request contacts, precise location, SMS, microphone, photo library or health data.

3. Purposes

We use data to authenticate, sync settings, deliver research for the assets you choose, verify benefits, send enabled notifications, provide support and protect the service. AI research does not assess your personal finances, investment objectives or risk tolerance. We do not collect those details to provide suitability-based personalised advice.

4. Service providers

We do not sell personal data. Essential processors include:

Supabase for authentication and database services; Railway for the API server.
Google Play Billing and Apple App Store for in-app payments where sales are enabled. RevenueCat processes account IDs, email/display name if supplied, and purchase records to verify and restore benefits.
Google Gemini for AI market analysis of requested assets and focus questions; avoid entering personal or private financial data in questions because the text is sent to the AI provider. Perplexity for corporate research sources. Prompts use requested assets and market data; we do not intentionally send passwords, payment details or personal financial profiles.
Expo Push, Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service for optional notifications.
Market data providers for requested asset prices and news.

Providers may process data outside Vietnam. AI-provider retention follows the applicable service policy; we do not promise that providers retain no data.

5. Security and retention

Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS with authenticated, access-controlled account operations. No system is completely secure. Account data is retained while your account is active. Deletion removes your identity and related data from active systems; backup copies may remain until their lifecycle ends. Records needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention or disputes are retained only for those purposes. Contact us for the retained-data scope in your case.

6. Rights and deletion

Update your information, disable notifications, or request access or deletion. In the app, tap the account icon at the top → Tài khoản → Xoá tài khoản → type XOA TAI KHOAN → tick the confirmation → Xoá tài khoản vĩnh viễn → confirm the final alert.

If you cannot access the app, email support@titanlabs.vn from your registered address. Do not send passwords. Ownership verification may be required. See account deletion instructions. Deleting TitanLabs does not cancel app-store subscription renewal.
