How to Delete Your Account in the App

You can delete your account directly within the Titanlabs AI app by following these steps:

1. 1Open TitanLabs and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. 2Tap the account icon at the top of a screen to open Tài khoản (Account).
3. 3Under the privacy section, select Xoá tài khoản.
4. 4Type XOA TAI KHOAN and tick the acknowledgement.
5. 5Tap Xoá tài khoản vĩnh viễn and confirm the final alert.

Request Deletion via Email

If you cannot access the app, please send an account deletion request to:

In your email, please include:

• The email address registered with your account
• Reason for deletion (optional)

We will process your request within 7 business days.

Data That May Be Retained

Some data may be retained as required by law:

Retained records are restricted to legal obligations, fraud prevention or disputes. Backup copies may remain until their lifecycle ends.

Important Notes

• Irreversible: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• Active subscriptions: If you have a Pro plan, please cancel your subscription before deleting your account to avoid further charges. Deleting TitanLabs does not cancel store renewal. Use Manage plan in the Account screen. Cancellation is not required to request account deletion
• AI Credits: Remaining credits will be lost and are subject to the refund policy of the store where the purchase was made
• Creating a new account: You can register a new account with the same email after deletion, but previous data will not be restored
